Antonio Banderasis letting go of his Central Park Westapartment, and anyone interested in living near the treetops of Manhattan’s Upper West Side (and who can afford the hefty price tag) won’t want to miss this four-bedroom co-op listedfor $7. 95 million.

With 50 feet of picture windows with both east and west exposure and 11-foot ceilings, it’s surprising Banderas even wants to move – especially since the Beaux Arts building is one of the originals on Central Park West.

Of the four bedrooms, three have en-suite bathrooms (plus there is an additional bathroom elsewhere in the apartment). There is also another room in the home that can be used as an office, library, or a staff bedroom.

The living room also comes with an impressive fireplace, custom banquettes, and built-in window seating. A formal dining room has anotherfireplace as well, plus beamed ceilings.

The actor has called the apartment home since 2005, and it’s easy to see why: The building comes with not only a full-time doorman but also a live-in resident manager and an elevator operator. The elegant yet understated lobby has also recently undergone a restoration.
