Yumi Kim, a growing contemporary womens brand based out of Soho, is looking for seasoned Retail Stylists and a Store Manager for our flagship Lower East Side boutique.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking for a multi-faceted key role on a small and dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-MANAGER
- Develop and optimize sales results of the boutique, achieving monthly sales plan
- Analyze selling weekly to drive business opportunities
- Manage Store Stylist team and handling of hiring and training of new staff
- Oversee store scheduling
- Organize store events and partnerships to drive traffic and sales
- Ensure merchandising and store maintenance standards are met
- Build clientele relationships and oversee the teams outreach
-STYLISTS
- Work with customers on style suggestions based on a strong knowledge of the product
- Ensure merchandising and store maintenance standards are met
- Build clientele relationships and actively outreaach
EXPERIENCE AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years experience in womens retail
- Proven seller
- Multi-tasker, organized, responsible, outgoing, friendly, and a go-getter!
- Enthusiastic about fashion, trends, and an eye for styling
- Fan of the Yumi Kim brand
- Responsible
