Tracey Mattingly Is Hiring An Assistant Agent In Los Angeles

Tracey Mattingly is the premiere agency representing hair stylists, make-up artists, clothing stylists, groomers, colorists and manicurists world-wide is seeking to fill their Assistant Agent position.

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Assist agents in managing artists calendars and sending out schedules
  • Travel coordination for artists and TM team
  • Booking assistants for artists
  • Identify potential new Artists for the agency, assist in recruiting and assist in bringing in new business
  • Field all incoming calls with professional phone manner
  • Organize, maintain and update all paper and electronic files
  • General administrative support
  • Process all packages, mail and deliveries
  • Maintain and stock office with supplies (including kitchen)


  • Knowledgeable of the beauty, fashion and celebrity industries
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to details
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fast learner with the ability to be proactive
  • Strong interest in beauty, fashion and celebrity industries
  • Comfortable under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with multiple personnel (internal and external) of varying degrees of seniority
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily MS Office and Excel
  • Flexibility on work hours, must be available by email on weekends
  • 1 year of talent agency/management experience preferred
  • Desire to develop skills and eventually transition into a full agent
