In recent efforts to support the plant-based movement of today, the company is simply called Elmhurst, which better represents their full range of products. Elmhurst Milked Cashews Eggnog
4 egg yolks
2 cups Elmhurst Milked Cashews
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
a pinch of clove
2 tbsp of rum (add 2 tbsp of bourbon if you’re in the mood for a boozier drink)
Whisk together until all ingredients are blended.
