How To Pull Off Pajamas At Any Hour Of the Day

The end of the year (and Gigi Hadid) has everyone in the mood to rock their pajamas all day every day. But there is a fine line between rolling out of bed and walking out of the house, and actually looking like that’s what you did.

Thanks to several high fashion designers who have shown PJ sets on their runways, we can now step out in our sleepwear and still look totally chic. Still sleeping in oversized concert T-shirts and basketball shorts from that guy you shagged in college?

No problem. Shop these looks and get them by Christmas so you can feel comfy and fashionable this holiday season.

Joggers ($58; Revolve. com)

This crushed velvet set from Splendid includes joggers and a tank that you’ll actually want to walk outside in. You’ll look comfy and casual, and since they’re basically sweatpants and a matching top, you won’t feel like you’re in pajamas.

Short Onesie ($108; Revolve. com)

Wake up in this Wildfox Couture onesie, have your coffee, and throw a pair of on-trend joggers over the bottoms to make it look like you’re wearing a festive tucked-in long sleeve.

Sleep Dress ($69; Nordstrom)

This Tommy Hilfiger sweater dress is super easy to pull off during the day. Climb out from under your covers, pull on your over-the-knee boots and make it a lampshading day.

Unionsuit ($15; Target. com)

There’s nothing cuter than walking around in footsie pajamas. These from Wondershop are perfectly subtle enough to wear out on the town. Or at least just to go grocery sopping.

Robe and Eyemask ($43; ASOS. com)

Pair this striped set with the two-piece pajamas to make a full outfit with accessories. If you’re going to a party or having people over, this look easily transitions from day to night and night to day.

Scrunchies ($12; UrbanOutfitters. com)

Forget what Carrie Bradshaw says (ouch, that actually hurt coming out of my brain), but scrunchies are cute and they’re an amazing way to doll-up pajama day. This set of five velvet ones is definitely a cozy-day investment.

Kimono and Trouser Set ($74; Revolve. com)

The BLUEBELLA set from Revolve is the most celeb-inspired way to wear pajamas as street clothes. Dress it up with a clutch and a pair of strappy sandals for dinner, or down with slippers and an eye mask for bedtime.

Shawl ($110; Nordstrom. com)

Wear this around your house while you’re getting yourself together and then take it with you to the gym or out shopping. Also, it has pockets, and who doesn’t love anything with pockets?

Slippers ($79; L. L. Bean)

These slippers are the ultimate multi-purpose shoes. They are beyond soft enough to walk around the house in, and they have a sole that works for walking outside or driving.
