These are the bestselling beauty products on the Selfridges website

Great – but there are more than 9,000 beauty products stocked on the Selfridges website, from the likes of Charlotte Tilbury and Jo Malone to Dyson, Cartier, Dior and Benefit Cosmetics. So where the *hell* to begin? !

We got in touch with the beauty team at everyone’s favourite department store, to find out which 11 products are selling the fastest right now. So, once you’ve added all the usuals to your cyber basket, you can treat yourself to one of the products most-loved by the other veteran beauty sleuths of the world this season.

When it comes to post-lockdown shopping, there are two camps. The first? The shoppers who missed physical stores so much during lockdown that they’ll now find any excuse to pop for a socially-distanced meander along the high street. The second camp is home to the online shoppers whose habits have been changed for life by three months’ worth of virtual perusing. Approx. three parcels drop through their letterbox every working day, and there ain’t no slowing them down.

Whichever camp you fall into, there’s no better place than the (virtual or IRL) Selfridges beauty hall for shopping for luxury beauty. As much about the experience as it is what you’re spending your money on, the iconic beauty destination sparkles and shines and houses every brand you could ever need in your collection.

Coming in at number one is a perfume: Creed’s Aventus Eau De Parfum, to be exact. It’s a fruity fragrance like no other, perfect for summer and holidays of the future. It has top notes of blackcurrant, pineapple, apple (of the Calville Blanc variety) and bergamot plus base notes of oakmoss, ambergris and vanilla. Delightful.

Following in close second and third places are two innovative hair tools from Dyson. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past four years, you’ll know that the brand best-known for their ground-breaking vacuum cleaners are transforming the haircare market one game-changing styling tool at a time.

First came the insanely lightweight Supersonic hair dryer – Selfridges’ second best-selling product – which dries your hair faster and more precisely than ever before, protects your hair’s natural shine and leaves locks feeling endlessly soft. Then, there’s the Airwrap Styler Complete which allows you to create everything from sleek styles to gentle waves and neat curls using the Coanda effect. And it never reaches more than 150 degrees.
