Take A Tour Through Beyoncé & Jay-Z’s Lavish, $26 Million Hamptons Home

Fresh off the purchase of their $88 million LA compound, Beyoncé and Jay-Z invested in yet another palatial palace fit for a queen…Queen Bey, that is. The power couple scooped up a lavish East Hampton mansion that set them back a cool $26 million.

Nervous you won’t score an invite to their new digs? Well, luckily for you, you can take a tour through the sprawling property here, (thanks to Trulia).

The 12,000-square-foot estate sits on Georgica Pond and offers up 203-feet of direct water space.

The 100-year-old home was designed by architect Stanford White and features seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.

The bathrooms boast marble imported from Verona, Italy, and patina-matching tubs, tiles, and counters, which were all carved from single blocks of stone, thanks to the work of a master European craftsmen.

If the seven bedrooms aren’t enough, the estate also comes with a detached, 1,800-square-foot guest cottage that features two bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Bey and Jay are no strangers to the Hamptons. In fact, they shelled out a whopping $400,000a month to rent a lavish mansion in Bridgehampton back in August 2012.

Along with their new summer playground in the Hamptons and their massive LA compound, the family of five are also homeowners in New Orleans and Manhattan.

Prior to the purchase of their East Hampton home, the couple spent the warmer months summering in a $54 million estate in Malibu, which they rented for the season.
