We are a fashion and lifestyle brand seeking a Part-time Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Manage all social media accounts

Manage eCommerce website

Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments

Assist with photo shoots-from confirming models to clothing preparation

Respond to customer service email inquiries in a timely fashion

Organize office and storage space

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 1-year fashion retail experience
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop
  • Experience with numerous types of social media accounts
  • Interest in womens fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to adapt to role changes and company growth
  • Go-getter hoping to advance his/her career

Chosen candidate will work 2–3 days a week in our Astoria, NY office.
