Yes, stress can get in the way of individuals getting their proper sleep. But as you see, it’s vital that we do everything in our power to get that shut-eye. If there’s too much on your plate, pitch some of it. Be sure you’re taking care of yourself because no one else can do that for you. Do your best to flick that switch to “off” before sliding into your bed tonight and reap the benefits of less stress and more sleep.
