We Out Here

We Out Here is a space that celebrates the breadth and diversity of Black women year-round. It’s a place where you will discover the best Black-hosted podcasts to accompany your morning commute and beauty brands that give back.

You’ll be up-to-date on the latest from our favorite Black celebrities and find out about those who should be on your radar. It’s also a place where you can read real-life career stories and learn how to manage your mental health (because that’s super important, too).

We recognize the triumphs and the heartbreaks because, for better or worse, we win and lose together. Not only are we out here, but we’re not going anywhere, either.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Brought Bridal Chic to the Vanity Fair Oscars Afterparty

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade know how to do date night right! On Sunday night, the adorable couple attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty sporting matching white lace ensembles and truly looking like red carpet royalty. Gabrielle and Dwyane held hands and posed for photos while flaunting their longtime love for the cameras.

While the two didn’t attend the award show earlier in the night, Gabrielle and Dwyane absolutely had a special evening at the Oscars. Not only did Hair Love win for animated short (they’re both producers on the film), but the team brought DeAndre Arnold to the award show, which made it even more special. DeAndre made headlines last month when he revealed he was suspended for refusing to cut his dreadlocks before graduation, and for the film that was created to help normalize Black hair on film, this win was huge.

Check out photos of Gabrielle and Dwyane’s fabulous night out at the Oscars party ahead, and prepare to turn into the heart-eye emoji.

Did the Riverdale Cast Have the Time of Their Lives at the Oscars Afterparty? Yes, Yes They Did

From the moment the Riverdale cast arrived at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party on Sunday, it was clear they were there to have a good time. While Lili Reinhart and Madelaine Petsch arrived together and happily posed for photos, Cole Sprouse brought along his twin brother Dylan, giving us major Suite Life of Zack and Cody vibes as they joked around on the red carpet. KJ Apa also joked with Dylan’s girlfriend Barbara on the carpet, before walking into the party with Cole.

Inside the party, Lily, Madelaine, and Camila Mendes danced the night away and posed for photos with Hunter Schafer – essentially giving us the Riverdale/Euphoria crossover we didn’t even realize we needed. Queer Eye‘s Tan France also posted an Instagram story with the Riverdale women, and he was basically all of us as he just kept repeating how obsessed he was with meeting the “angels. ” Keep reading to see the best photos of the Riverdale cast having a damn good time at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
