If I had to pitch my MAC lipstick as a counter gal I would say…
It’s the perfect beige nude! It’s completely neutral, it suits all skin tones, from really light to super deep, and all undertones as well. So, it never looks ashy on anyone. It’s got a satin finish, so it fades really beautifully throughout the day, too – can you tell I used to work at a makeup counter?!
The best thing about is that lip liner can totally change the way it looks. You can use a deep lip liner for a total 90’s look or you can wear it with a skin tone lip liner to make it look really natural. Or you can get those nice big plump lips that everyone’s wanting these days – but I paid for my lips!

I am unapologetic about paying for my lips…
I think there’s no point in kidding on about it because literally my jobs are taking selfies! My followers can see the change by comparing my first ever selfie until now. A few things have changed on my face, so I actually am totally happy to talk about it. I don’t mind if there’s any backlash because everyone has a choice.
To anyone who criticises me for having cosmetic treatments, I would say…
It’s not your face and you don’t have to look at my face if you don’t want to! You can just swipe to the next profile and find someone who is more suited to you. I think that beauty decisions all come from a place within yourself to make yourself feel good. Maybe there’s something you don’t like, you can change it – that is happiness. I also think, what happens when the people who are really outspoken against it fancy it one day? Then they’re going to have to deal with that! Never say never.
These are the three golden rules to obey if you’re thinking about lip fillers
I don’t care what people think about me…
I have got that type of thick skin that any criticism just bounces off me and I really just don’t care, just as long as I am happy with myself. I just wish everyone could feel the same way. I wish everyone would focus on their own happiness rather than other people’s. Does dragging other people down make your day better? Do you go to bed thinking, “oh great, I’ve really pissed that person off! Phew!”
It’s wild – I’d just love to sit down and say to them, “are you alright? What’s up with you that you are so focused on what other people are doing?” Insecurity can make you quite a bitter person and then if you see someone else being happy then they don’t like that.
I am fighting the trend of matching your eyebrows to your hair…
Mine are really dark and I’ve obviously got bleached pink hair at the moment, but I love a super sculpted dark brow. I just take my time with my brows and make sure the product really glides on, so there’s nice sharp edges but the front is still a bit fluffy. Fluffy fronts and a sharp-tips are the answer.
I love changing my hair because I really don’t ever change my makeup style…
I change my hair every few months. I’ve had long hair, then I’ve got short hair, I’ve got had colourful hair, I’ve had darker roots – you name it! I try to change it up a bit because I do think people get tired of seeing the same person over and over again. Especially as this is how I like to do my makeup, so if I’m not changing my makeup, I’ve got to change something! My fiancé is never surprised any more, I am always turning up places looking completely different.
My body is my art…
I don’t know even know how many tattoos I have any more. When you have more and more, you start counting up by hours instead. I think I am close to 35 hours, but I’d really liked to get my sleeve done next. The longest one I’ve had is seven hours and my arm just started swelling up really badly. I think if I were to wake up one day and I had no tattoos, I don’t think I could go through with it again. I don’t think I’d be able to build this back up again because it was just so sore.

My ears are very carefully curated…
I do like piercings! We’ve been working on my ears a lot lately because we’re getting married next year, and I love that whole ‘curated ear’ theme like Maria Tash. I am going to have a whole ear curated around diamonds!
I am so chilled about my wedding – I want to look like a classic bride…
I know a lot people say this, but I really think I’m a bit too chilled out. I am so excited because it’s three days long and I’ve got a pizza party, then the wedding which is at 5pm the next day. I am just so excited for a big party with all my nearest and dearest and we’ll just get married somewhere in the middle. I would love it to be pretty classic, so I’d look at my photos forever and think “that was such a great day” and not, “what was I thinking with that hair?!” I think I am going to be a like delicious ombré with a deeper root into really expensive blonde.
Vlogging has made me accept myself…
Vlogging has taught me that being a weirdo is not a bad thing. I am so firm on that because people relate to me and it’s not because I’m good at makeup and it’s not because I travel the world. It’s actually because I am usually at home wearing the same t-shirt for three days, relaxing.
Never be afraid to go OTT on setting spray…
I think the thing that has changed the game for me is, don’t be nervous over how much setting spray you use. I usually look like I’ve been for a shower, but I’ve got a full face of makeup on underneath. Afterwards your makeup doesn’t move. So just literally soak and fan yourself like the Queen of Sheba – I just literally fan myself until it wont move.
