Keto can be a real downer when it comes to enjoying foods you love, especially pizza. But we’ve discovered a low-carb, high-protein alternative that won’t break your diet. Instead of using corn, flour, or rice, Real Good Foods uses all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken breast and cheese in its crust. Each serving of its chicken crust pizzas provides 25 grams of protein, but only 4 grams of carbs. And the brand’s most recent offering, cauliflower crust pizza (yay!), is made with cauliflower, egg, and cheese, and contains 19 grams of protein and 9 grams of carbs per serving. Not bad!
The cauliflower pizzas come in cheese, margherita, pepperoni, and veggie, while the chicken crust varieties are offered in pepperoni, supreme, and three cheese. They even come in little personal sizes for when you don’t feel like sharing.
In addition to being sold online, Real Good Foods’ gluten-free pizzas are also available at select Target, Ralph’s, Walmart, Kroger, Fred Meyer, CVS, and other retail locations. See a few yummy photos ahead!
