Not the fruit of a single

It is usually recommended to replace white sugar with honey or dried fruits. Fructose, which is sold in the departments of dietary nutrition, has the same energy value as glucose. But it is digested longer and does not cause such sharp jumps in the level of sugar in the blood.
Xylitol and sorbitol are sweet substances of natural origin, are not carbohydrates and do not provoke the release of insulin. They contain “empty” calories and do not participate directly in either carbohydrate or fat metabolism. Therefore, your reserves will remain with you.
Sugary substitutes, which contain cyclamate and saccharin, are considered dangerous – they are banned in some countries of Europe, as animal tests have shown their carcinogenicity, although this is not confirmed in humans. Meanwhile, on our shelves they occupy a firm place and are in demand.
Last: sweeteners based on the extract of stevia – a plant that has a sweet taste – is today recognized as the most harmless. Suitable for everyone except hypotonic (stevia helps to reduce pressure).
If you carefully look at the variety of substances that manufacturers are replacing ordinary sugar today, you can note that natural substances are the least harmful, but they will not get rid of excess kilograms.
