TADASHI SHOJI Is Hiring An Assistant to Creative Project Manager In Vernon, CA

TADASHI SHOJI, an LA-based fashion house, is seeking a qualified Assistant who can provide support to the Creative and Project Manager.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Creative Project Manager and the Design Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments (occasionally for CEO/Designer)
  • Update calendar events
  • Help to coordinate photoshoots
  • Act as a liaison between various departments
  • Maintain Creative Project Managers schedule and facilitate all appointments
  • Put together agendas, documents and presentations
  • Submit project recaps
  • Upload documents on basecamp
  • Provide support on set during photoshoots
  • Other assignments from Creative Project Manager

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent taste and an eye for style
  • Strong passion for and deep understanding of the fashion industry
  • Able to figure things out on his/her own quickly and with little direction
  • Excellent administrative skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly and quickly under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide self- direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proficient with Photoshop
  • Execution skills
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership and an ability to thrive in a high-energy fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
