Showroom Seven, a leading fashion sales and PR agency, is seeking a sales assistant for the ready-to-wear division.
This position reports to the RTW Account Executive. Should have 1 – 2 years experience in an Wholesale environment.
This is a full-time salaried position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account management assistance
- Buyer outreach
- Processing orders
- Tracking shipments
- Collection set-up and merchandising
- Creating target lists of buyers
- Communicating with buyers and designers
- Customer service
- Assisting during market appointments, writing orders
- Adding orders into JOOR
- Scheduling appointments, calendar management
- Intern Management
- Market Appointments
- Trade shows
Necessary Skills: phone skills, MS office Package, Mac, Power Point
Hours: generally M – F, some weekends during Market
