The bad news? You probably won’t be able to get your hands on it because it sells out every single time it goes on sale.
If you have a penchant for both a cult item and an animal print then you’ll love M&S’ new skirt.
Arguably more popular than that galactic print dress, the animal print pleated midi skirt has sent shoppers into a total frenzy.
The £35 (bargain! ) skirt *totally* sold out when it first went on sale so unsurprisingly, there was a stampede of fashion fans heading to their high street when it went back on sale again this week.
Sadly for them, it sold out in five sizes almost immediately. The skirt is now available in just two sizes on the store’s website but you better act fast!

“Add a striking pattern and interesting texture to your outfits with this gorgeous pleated skirt, featuring a bold animal print for you to showcase your vibrant style,” suggests M&S.
“It’s part of our new must-have collection and comes complete with an elasticated waist and gorgeous flowy feel. Tuck in a lightweight knit, then finish your look with a pair of ankle boots. ”
Marks Spencer isn’t shy of a cult product.
First came the £199 suede skirt in 2015 – which sold out so many times that the high street stalwart launched a pre-order waiting list – before a trench coat sent fans wild.
Last season, it was a navy constellation-print midi dress that littered our Instagram feeds and now it looks like it’s all about the animal print skirt. For a full breakdown of M&S’ cult buys, read our interview with them here.
