Now that Alexander Wang and his crew of model besties have recovered from their Palm Springs-bound trip to debut the third season of his Adidas Originals collaboration, he’s back at work for a second drop.
This season, Wang took inspiration from factory rejects, quality control and product inconsistencies, which you can see in his latest 16-piece collection. Apparel, such as crewneck shirts, tracksuits, babydoll dresses and coach jackets, feature pixelated and irregular prints that spell out special care instructions.
For footwear, Wang offers a sock-like AW Run Clean sneaker in black and white with a gum bottom, as well as a textured and bold AW Reissue Run in two colorways
The campaign, photographed by Brianna Capozzi, stars Binx Walton and Hanne Gaby Odiele. The duo are set in a factory-based office, modeling the new designs and their best procrastination tactics. The second drop will be available on May 19 at select retailers worldwide and online.
