RK PRis a boutique public relations agency specializing in emerging fashion brands. We are looking for an account executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position, agency or in-house preferred.
Responsibilities
Ideate and execute creative client campaigns
Draft proactive pitches to secure product and feature stories across categories
Develop creative tactics to heighten client visibility
Identify tastemakers for earned coverage and partnerships
- Pitch and secure feature as well as product coverage with short and long lead media
- Add to and bolster existing media relationships to develop new contacts with press and stylists
- Manage and execute events including international fashion weeks, concept shops and media dinners/cocktail events
- Build and maintain press materials for each client account
Requirements
- Creative thinking skills
- Keen understanding of the unique position of each client market
- Strong relationships with press, influencers and VIP
- Ability to maintain multiple client accounts at once
- Ability to secure coverage across multiple accounts
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent writing skills
- A firm understanding of the traditional and social media landscape
- Experience overseeing events and executing campaigns
- PC or Mac computer proficiency
