PR Consulting seeks talented candidates at the Project Coordinator level to join a team leading strategic communications planning and programming for a global lifestyle fashion brand.
Job Description:
Will serve as a key team member for a global lifestyle fashion brand, helping to facilitate overall excellence in output to the client
The position will work with staff from VP through intern levels on both day to day as well as bigger picture needs, reporting to both VP and Director level staff
Contribute to the creation and execution of global communications plans including tool kits, seasonal calendars, templates and initiative based strategies
Manage global press clippings and generate global press clipping reports
- Prepare weekly meeting agendas, status updates and maintain internal communications and project calendars, position will oversee client reporting
- Manage and organize all client assets
- Development of press materials including press releases, news copy and briefing documents and manage outside partners when necessary (ie graphic designers, copywriters, production teams, etc)
- The agency at large, as well as the role, is events heavy
- This position is strategy based and not media facing
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience, working within the public relations, marketing, digital or creative industries, “big agency” experience a plus
- Experience working on large global brands with experience in not only media but consumer events
- Strategic thinker and team player with the ability to multitask and re-prioritize quickly
- Strong communications skills (both written and oral)
- Strong digital creative skills (Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge required)
- Knowledge of the Digital Landscape and Digital Media preferred
- Extremely organized with strong time management skills
- Detail oriented with an analytical mindset
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a can do attitude and the ability to gracefully manage up and down
- Global mindset and continuous self learner
