Candy canes are a seasonal staple, but not everyone enjoys the traditional minty flavor. One thing most people do enjoy, though: Oreos. So, in spirit of the holidays, the cookie company Nabisco teamed up with the candy company Spangler to gift us with a new flavor that sounds pretty delicious–and looks perfect for dunking.
According to junk food reporterCandy Hunting, an Oreo Cookies and Crème Candy Cane hit store shelves earlier this week. But if your aren’t ready to brave the winter weather and holiday crowds for sweet treats, it appears that these candies are also available at a number of online retailers, including Jet, Walmart, andAmazon.
The candy-’grammer also spotted Oreo Eggs (smooth chocolate with Oreo creme and cookie bits inside) and an Oreo Milkshake Gift Set that’s available just in time for your secret Santa gift swap – blender not included.
As if that’s not enough to fulfill your cookie fix, it was announced yesterday that Oreo Mint Hot Chocolate will be sold exclusively at 7-Eleven.
“Our customer research indicated that mint chocolate was a wanted winter flavor,” Shawn Barnes, senior category manager of 7-Eleven, saidin a press release.
