Nesis Brand Group (NBG) is an apparel design, apparel manufacture and apparel sales company. NBG designs, manufactures and sales apparel brands.
NBG designs, manufactures and sales: high end contemporary ready to wear women’s and men’s, intimates and swimwear, active wear and mass market brands.
Nesis Brand Group is hiring for a Brand Development Manager (BDM). BDM must have a Fashion Design degree with at minimum two years experience working for a design studio.
BDM have experience doing the following:
- Creating garment patterns
- Creating technical packages
- Sourcing fabric and trims
- Communicating with Production Managers
- Communicating with sewers
- Managing multiple projects
- Sketching and creating digital illustrations
BDM will be responsible for:
- Communicating with fabric and trims vendors daily for various accounts
- Communicating with sewers
- Communicating with pattern makers
- Creating fabric purchase orders
- Creating and editing tech packs
- Meeting with new vendor showrooms
- Coordinating design meetings
- Sketching and creating flats
- Attending fabric tradeshows
- Managing small design studio
