Ghee – purified butter fat prepared from butter by removing water from it, milk proteins and milk sugar.

Ghee contains much less water than butter, which allows you to store it for much longer − about 9 months at room temperature, to 15 months in the refrigerator. It begins to smoke only at 205 °C, therefore suitable for frying.

The caloric content of butter is 892 calories per 100 grams of product.
