Little Mix’s Leigh-Anne Pinnock has given birth to twins!
On 23rd August, the 29-year-old announced the happy news, posting an adorable photo of a pair of babies’ feet to Instagram with the caption:
“We asked for a miracle, we were given two… 🥺🖤 Our Cubbies are here 😍🖤16/08/21 🖤”.
It comes just a day after fellow bandmate Perrie Edwards announced the arrival of her first baby with boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, writing: “Welcome to the world baby 21/08/21 ♥️,” on Instagram, with Alex adding: “Welcome to the world little one 😍❤️ 21/08/21”.
On 15th August, Leigh-Anne shared the below snap to Instagram, commenting: “I have dreamt of the moment I get to meet you, hold you
guide you
teach you
It’s nearly time 🖤”.
Leigh-Anne announced that she was expecting her first child with footballer fiancé Andre Gray back in May with a stunning series of photos.
She captioned the post: “We’ve dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true… we can’t wait to meet you. ❤️😍”
Shortly after, Perrie Edwards’s mum Deborah accidentally dropped a huge hint on social media that sent fans into a tailspin. She wrote in a tweet: “Massive congratulations to Leigh Anne and Andre. . babies on tour xx can’t wait xx. ”
Some fans took this to mean that Perrie was pregnant too, while others believed it meant Leigh-Anne was having twins. Of course, not long after, Perrie did reveal that she’s also expecting her first baby with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Leigh-Anne has just had twins –so perhaps mama Deborah accidentally let slip two huge bombshells in one go. Or should we say three? !
Leigh-Anne and Andre announced their engagement in May last year, and have been dating since 2016. We couldn’t be happier for the couple, and we can’t *wait* to see some adorable snaps of the babies.
