Terrifying yet seriously exciting/comforting/wonderful in equal measures. Not least ‘cos 25th December will mark the end of this dreaded year. *Sigh*.

That’s right: the likes of Jo Malone, Rituals, No7 and Space NK have all dropped details of their beauty advent calendars this week for you to feast your eyes on. Some are for sale now, some have wait lists and some will be in stock very soon. Debit cards at the ready!

So, what’s the best beauty advent calendar for 2020?

Since we know you’re all such beauty junkies who credit Christmas as the most wonderful time of the year due to beauty advent calendars solely, we thought it only right to give you a sneak peak into the beauty advent calendars that’ll be available this December. There’s nothing better than waking up to a new skincare/makeup/haircare product every day of the month, after all.

As always, No7 has released another beauty advent calendar for 2020 which includes £172.50 worth of product for just £45. The waiting list is officially open, and if you sign up now, you get 24 hour early access to the calendar when it goes on sale on Wednesday 14th October. We can’t disclose what’s going to be inside just yet, but we can tell you that the contents are skin-transforming and then some.

In a similar vein, Jo Loves is back with another beauty advent calendar this year, while Holland Barrett has launched a £40 vegan advent calendar packed with fourteen full-sized products.

There’s also Space NK’s Beauty Anthology Advent Calendar – back for the second year running, Fortnum’s advent calendar(one of the only which is already available to shop) which contains a staggering £810 worth of product (including a full-sized makeup bag) from brands like Iconic London, Chantecaille, Dr Russo, Delilah, Elizabeth Scarlett, Noble Isle, Le Prunier, Sisley and Fresh. Oh, and did we mention that L’Occitane are launching not one but three beauty advent calendars this year?

Impressive, huh? One of them is reusable, so it got our stamp of approval before we even peeked at the wonderful beauty products inside.
