IRO is a Paris based contemporary RTW collection founded by brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton. Were seeking an temporary to permanent Full Time Customer care / PR assistant.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with editorial pulls, including sample tracking
Provide event planning support.
Monitor and report on competitive intelligence.
- Assist on photo shoots activities.
- Provide research, maintenance, and support for assigned departmental projects and tasks as assigned.
- Provide administrative assistance, such as filing, record keeping, etc.
- Provide customer service for the ecommerce department.
- Respond to customer requests via LiveChat, phone and email.
- Work in tangent with our shipping department on customer order changes and returns.
Position Requirements:
- Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, Fashion GPS are a plus
- Highly motivated, strategic thinking and self-starting individual
Position is paid hourly commensurate with experience.
