Peanut and Squash stew sounds really good. You’ll notice that a lot of African cuisine is cooked in the form of a stew or a mixed meal rather than having a bunch of separate components like we often see in the West.
To be perfectly honest, Scandinavian food seems to be the most “out there” for me, but hell, it’d be a joy to try.
