She is a highly sought-after model with a wildly loyal Instagram following, but Emma Louise Connolly managed to slip in a little extra-curricular work this week in the form of everyone’s dream Christmas wardrobe…
Launching her second collaboration collection with online retailer Nasty Gal, the beauty has conjured up a line of festive deliciousness, bursting with sequins, elegant tailoring and metallic accents.

And if her debut collection – which sold out in 24 hours – is anything to go by, she looks set to cause a serious surge of sales.
The 27-year-old has had a whirlwind few months (becoming engaged to Made in Chelsea star Oliver Proudlock and attending a Royal Wedding providing just a couple of minor highlights!), but we managed to grab a few moments with the model to discover more about the new collection, her wedding dress(es!) and her love for Trinny Woodall.

On her first (sell-out!) Nasty Gal collaboration launch…
It was the first collab I had ever done and I was so keen for all my followers to love it as much as I did. I was mad, constantly checking the website seeing if pieces were doing well, selling out, mentally replying to messages on my Instagram from fans asking how the pieces fit. I was honestly so apprehensive at the start but over the moon with how it all went. It was really emotional seeing people respond to pieces I had chosen and loved so much myself, it was such a special moment.
On stand-out pieces…
With the first collection I was convinced that there was one standout piece but every piece was loved equally so I think that will be how this collection goes too. I think there is a piece that will suit every style and every women.

I think the Nasty Gal X ELC gal is every gal, there is a piece in there for everybody. I think for anyone who is fashion forward but likes to be relaxed, likes to have fun and doesn’t take themselves too seriously then this collection is them in a nutshell.
I ask Ol for his advice constantly, I really value and respect his opinion. He has a great eye for men’s fashion and women’s, he is an incredibly talented, creative and amazing designer.
My number one was always Trinny Woodall and then I saw that she wore my zebra print coat from the previous collection on This Morning and honestly my mum and I were screaming. I love her style and that she caters for all woman and has such a playful attitude when it comes to fashion, that’s really what the collection is about. But really for me I take so much joy seeing anyone wearing my clothes, doesn’t matter who they are, it just always means the world.
