I could have gone a lifetime without knowing how DJ Khaled treats his wife in the bedroom, but this is 2018 and every day we stray further from the light. Recently, a 2015 interview from ‘The Breakfast Club’ resurfaced depicting a curious conversation with DJ Khaled about his absolute refusal to go down on his wife.
“A woman should praise the man – the king. If you holding it down for your woman I feel like the woman should praise. And a man should praise the queen. But you know, my way of praising is called, ha-ha, ‘How was dinner? ’, ‘You like the house you living in? You like all them clothes you getting? I’m taking care of your family, I’m taking care of my family…’ You know, I’m putting in the work. ”
When questioned with, “So, you’re saying you don’t go down? ,” Khaled tactfully replied, “Nahhh. Never! I don’t do that. It’s different rules for men. You gotta understand, we the king. There’s some things that y’all might not wanna do, but it got to get done. I just can’t do what you want me to do. I just can’t. ”
Speaking candidly about what you don’t prefer in the bedroom is completely fine. In fact, that type of dialogue should be encouraged. What shouldn’t be endorsed, however, is speaking about it in such a terrible fashion that it warrants both Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Smash Mouth simultaneously come after you. For fuck’s sake, DJ Khaled.
