Although Chrissy Tiegen wasn’t in attendance at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards the model still managed to make a memorable appearance during the show thanks to her new McDonald’s commercial.
The clip premiered during the show, which was fitting since it features Tiegen in full-on, red carpet glamour, ditching an awards celebration to hit up a McDonald’s drive-through before returning to hand out cheeseburgers and McChicken sandwiches to the hungry attendees in the audience.
Not only is the star a master in the kitchen, (you can get her cookbook here), but she makes no secret of her fondness for fast food, making her a fitting choice for the ad, which introduces the return of the revamped dollar menu: the $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu.
The commercial marks the welcome return of the budget-friendly menu, which features a cheeseburger, McChicken, sausage breakgast burrito and any size soft drink for $1. $2 items include the Bacon McDouble, two-piece chicken tenders, sausage McGriddles and a small McCafé drink. A triple cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, sausage and egg McMuffin and a hamburger or four-piece Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal are included in the $3 menu.
