Yogurt Ranch Dressing

In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic powder. Stir in the chives, parsley, salt and pepper.

Directions. Keeps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Ingredients

½ cup plain low-fat or full fat regular yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Makes 2/3 cup, 4 servings

Serving size: 2 ½ tablespoons
