The enviable glass skin Korean trend is something that many of us can only dream of – but that dream has just come one step closer to reality thanks to K-pop group EXID revealing their secrets.
During an interview with Allure, the girls spoke about all things makeup and skincare. Surprisingly, all of the latest Korean beauty products that beauty gurus are raving about didn’t make an appearance in everybody’s routines…
However, one little thing we all own for a different reason did make it into singer Hyelin’s must-haves – Vaseline.
Hyelin spoke about her minimalist routine and says she does absolutely nothing besides applying Vaseline to her skin when it feels a bit dry. We’re so envious of all the free time she’s left with.
The other girls in the group don’t follow suit, however, edging more towards the famous Korean ten-step skincare regime, which involves: oil cleanser, foam cleanser, exfoliator, toner, essence, serum, masks, eye cream, face cream and SPF. Try saying that without taking a breath.
Fellow bandmate added that “Hyelin was just born with great skin”- we wish we could relate.
While we can’t imagine just being able to slap on a bit of Vaseline and go, we low-key want to give this a try.
