Prince Harry married Meghan Markle this weekend and the world hasn’t stopped talking about the big day since.
The day was full of incredible dresses, beauty looks, A-list celebrities, and, er, ex-girlfriends.
Harry invited along his two most serious exes, Cressida Bonas and Chelsy Davy.
Harry was tipped to marry Chelsy, who he was in an on-and-off relationship with for seven years back in 2009.
And now, Vanity Fair are reporting that Harry and Chelsy had a ‘tearful’ phone conversation days before the wedding.
A source told the website: “It was their final call, a parting call in which they both acknowledged Harry was moving on.
“Chelsy was quite emotional about it all, she was in tears and almost didn’t go to the wedding. ”
Speaking back in the day after they broke up, Chelsy told the Daily Mail: “It was so full-on: crazy and scary and uncomfortable. I found it very difficult when it was bad. I couldn’t cope. I was trying to be a normal kid and it was horrible. ”
Either way, it was super mature of Chelsy to go along and support her ex on his big day.
GLAMOUR has reached out to a spokesperson for both Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy and is awaiting comment.
