Five Beauty Collaborations Worth Getting Excited For

A new year always ushers in a whole new slew of trends in the beauty space, but it’s the innovative partnerships from cult-favorite brands that we’re most excited for.

Whether you prefer a classic, cool approach to your makeup routine or welcome bright pops of color, these versatile partnerships ensure there’s something for everyone–2018 just got a whole lot more glam.

Find out which collaborations we’re most excited for and be sure to mark your calendars so you don’t miss out on these limited-edition launches.

KKW Beauty X Makeup By Mario

Kim Kardashian West enlisted her trusted makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, (best known by his Instagram handle, @Makeupbymario), for the very-first collaboration from her beauty brand. Kardashian teased the announcement on the KKW Beauty Instagram page and tweeted out the major makeup news, sharing a picture of an unfinished eye-shadow palette. At first glance it appeared to be all about smoky hues, but upon closer inspection it looks like the photo was actually filtered to conceal the true color of the shadows– although since Kim was the original queen of the smoky eye, we wouldn’t be surprised to see some smoldering tones.

Kylie Cosmetics X Kourtney Kardashian

After Kylie Jenner’s cosmetics empire teamed up with both Kim and Khloe on coveted capsule collections, it appears to be Kourtney’s turn. The eldest Kardashian sister took to her Instagram story to tease branding for the collab, however, they have yet to unveil products from the line. Judging by how quickly Kylie’s new launches usually sell out, be sure to refresh their Instagram pages for info so you don’t miss out on copping an item from the collection.

UD X KRISTEN LEANNE

The cult-favorite brand teamed up with the beauty vlogger on a colorful collection that consists of seven items–but the major takeaway here is the limited-edition Kaleidoscope Dream Eyeshadow Palette, ($39), that stays true to Kristen’s bold aesthetic and consists of 11 vibrant hues. The best part? The line is currently available for purchase.

Padma Lakshmi MAC Cosmetics

The food aficionado dreamed up a rich, 17-piece capsule collection with M-A-C that consists of everything from eye shadow palettes to lipsticks and brushes. The gold palettes are just as eye-catching as the colors, which were inspired by the star’s Indian heritage – and we can’t wait to devour the line when it launches on March 15. Act fast, because it’ll only be available through April.

David Beckham L’Oréal Luxe

Groom it like Beckham. Elite athlete, (and all around dapper dude), David Beckham teamed up with L’Oréal Luxe to launch his very own male beauty brand: House 99. The grooming line will first roll out their 21-piece collection come Feb. 1 in the UK before launching internationally in March and will consist of all the essentials a guy needs for his face, hair, body, beard, and, of course, tattoos.
