Kate Middleton managed to break the Internet with her latest look, and she did so all while keeping her baby bump under wraps. How, you ask? By showing up at a Remembrance Day ceremony on Nov. 11 with a new bob that stopped well above her shoulders.
Appearances are deceiving and while it looks like the Duchess is rocking a completely new style, it turns out she actually tricked us all with her latest look, opting for a faux bob instead of actually chopping her hair off.
Kate’s signature glossy locks were tucked under and pinned to create the illusion of a shorter style, which she topped off with a hat that matched her ensemble perfectly.
She paired the new, faux ‘do with a black coat which featured gold buttons. Pearl earrings polished off her outfit and were visible thanks to her hairstyle.
Kate is a creature of habit, however, we enjoy seeing her switch up her style with this creative fake out, and she isn’t alone. Blake Lively recently tucked her signature mermaid hair up to give the appearance of a short new style.
